Installing a patio room is as simple as installing a cement slab and constructing a patio room. Our patio rooms are a fraction of the cost of a standard room addition, yet give you the benefit of adding a new outdoor room. Most installations can be done in 2 to 5 days. Some key features of our patio rooms include

2 Roof Line Choices…Standard shed flat roof style or our gable pitched room depending on your application and budget. Gable Patio Enclosure seamlessly blends with the existing roof line of your home – a result of its pitched, solid roof system. Options include: fan beams, transoms, Low-E windows, and a roof that can become suitable for shingles.
Standard rooms include 8ft high walls with 24″ bottom transom, 5ft high windows (vinyl frame, low # E double pain glass, sliding with screens), and 12″ top transom. In wall electrical outlets available.
Limited lifetime product warranty. Warranty is transferable to a new owner.
Low/No Maintenance Construction…No painting required.
Our patio rooms include gutters.
We handle all plans, permits, and installation.
