Its comfy, beautiful, and easy to clean. First of all, these pieces get noticed. I've had friends who've come in town sleep on it, and it's still in perfect shape. O. Beautiful color, too. Lit AF. Came with the tools needed to put it all together. The color, size, flexibility of pieces and easy cleaning are unmatched!! This sofa looks great. Yes, shipping took a bit of time but that is to be expected in these crazy times. It also only took a few minutes to put together which was great! I love the chair and ottoman. It did take a couple days longer than originally stated however, there were some wild storms that held things up. My only regret is that my space isn't big enough for more pieces. I do not recommend purchasing anything from Albany Park as the quality is horrible for what you pay. I have been trying to call the 800 number listed for days and can not get though, just as you're the next call, you are instructed to leave a message and they never all you back. Love Albany Park . My 6-3 boyfriend was very comfortable on it so it has a tall person's stamp of approval as well (in fact he seemed a little jealous of my lil pink couch!). The main thing to consider again for any future purchases would probably be assembly. Thank you. Buy it now! I did have one issue aligning them but once I figured it out it was a breeze. Very cozy couch and durable as my 4 year likes running across it. The customer service has been great with quick responses to my questions prior to purchase. It adds happiness to our lives everyday. The olive green color is lovely and the velvet is so soft. Ultimately, were hopeful this mark is temporary. Definitely recommend! We are very happy with it. The material areas where customers describe challenges most are around cushion firmness. I can imagine the ottoman would be the perfect cherry on top as far as comfort goes, it just didnt make sense in our space. I absolutely love the look of this couch. I took pics of the boxes because even the box was dented in and had what looked like blood smears all over it. Really hard to find a quality faux leather that doesn't look or feel cheap. Honestly, Im quite proud of it and get many compliments on the color. The ottoman is great for guests to sit on. It is gorgeous and SO comfortable. Not only is this sofa dreamy soft and gorgeous, it was so easy to assemble BY MYSELF! They were kind to halt my shipping after I ordered until I was moving into my new house, and provided me with lots of updates! I waited over a month from my purchase date to receive my sofa. They also wont accept a return of the product because of the damage, which was there when we received the item. Shipped an "Albany Sofa" to me with a warped left arm. For the price it isnt worth it - I wouldnt have selected this if Id tried it out in a showroom. 0 complaints so far. This couch was so easy to set up. Was delivered very quickly and we assembled it in no time at all. Im so happy with this purchase and my whole family enjoys this chair ( including the dog). Light weight so its easy to move around! Couldn't be better! I'm using this piece as a standalone accent chair, and it looks great. I wish we were able to flip over/rotate the cushion to disburse some of the pressure the couch endures. Very cute and fits our space well but only time will be a tell when it comes to quality. I was REALLY glad to see that Ethan Allan sofa go out the door after I got my Albany Park sofa. Highly recommend. The gold feet are my favorite part. I got the ottoman to match and it is a perfect fit for my family. Beautiful, sturdy. For the price though, it should be inspected more closely before delivery.
